     Every year, there are two important publications issued by the University. One is the Annual Report, another one is the Financial
     Report mentioned above. My role is the chief designer to develop a series of covers through years and all the graphic layout inside
     out. Besides, I am the main coordinator between the Finance Office and Printing Section to negiotate the publishing schedule and
     production planning. Also, I need to lead an ad hoc team to provide quality checking and make sure all the information is accurate
     and clearly presented to all readers, including important stakeholders like overseers, directors, chancellor, renowed sponsors and
     senoir staffs...etc. The 3D Rubik's Cube in the Cover is a representation of the wisdom within the financial planning of the University,
     while the 3D HKBU shaw campus placed in the middle is aiming at attracting the reader to notice our brand directly. Due to the
     time limit and editor's need, 4 colours pages and 2 colours pages are printed respectively according to different time schedules and
    production arrangements made with senior technicans.
